Sourced from 50-year-old vines and made with whole-cluster fermentation, the wine reflects the domaine’s longtime commitment to organic farming and low-intervention winemaking. With Aurélien Verdet taking the reins from the legendary founder Frédéric Cossard, the wine retains a signature lift and precision as if made in unison. Bright and focused, it gives notes of earthy, fresh raspberry, and chalky limestone minerality, with delicately balanced acidity supported by a fine tannic structure. Pairs well with Cornish hen, Lentils with roasted root vegetables, or grilled trout stuffed with herbs.
