Suntory Toki Blended Whisky - Japan (750ml)

A vivid blend of whiskies from Suntory’s Kakushu, Chita, and Yamazaki distilleries. Predominantly malted Barley from Hakushu (some peatiness) plus corn and malt from Chita and a little bit of malt from Yamazaki. It has hints of basil, green apple, honey on the nose with flavors of grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint, thyme on the palate. Despite the presence of some peat, it’s not smoky. It has subtly sweet and spicy finish with a hint of vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.
