Pendleton Midnight is Canadian Whisky with a high rye content that’s bottled at Hood River Distillers where it’s proofed with with pure, glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood. A portion of the whisky is aged for over six years in ex-American brandy barrels for added complexity and dried fruit notes. The nose contains butterscotch and raisin aromas with a little dark chocolate and tanned leather notes on the palate. Try it with a couple of rocks or serve neat neat alongside some Rum Raisin or Madagascar Vanilla Bean ice cream.
