A very rare Japanese Whisky made from a single cask distilled from malted and unmalted rice, fermented with the ground water of the Kuma Riverbed then aged in ex-sherry casks. This is a smooth, structured whisky with incredible brown sugar, creme brulee notes, black peppercorn and minerality. Grassy notes, orange rind, coriander and dark chocolate round out what is a very special experience.
