Mezcal Union, produced and distilled in San Baltazar, Oaxaca, began as a collaboration of seven familes of farmers that were born into the tradition of making Mezcal. It has since expanded to over forty. Artisanally produced in Palenques. it consists of a blend of two types of agave, Espadin and Cirial (in the Karwinsky family) for complexity and balance. Notes of white pepper, spring florals and citrus with hints of smoke and earth, Mexcal Union is mellow and delicate with beautiful texture.
