Rose de S, the entry level offering by Chateau Coussin, is a classic Provencal rose blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 20% Syrah. Practicing organic and sustainable viticulture, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and cold-soaked for 48 hours prior to a 15 day fermentation in stainless steel without any skin contact. The wine is super light, crisp, fresh and easy with subtle stone fruit and berry flavors. Perfect for picnics, parties and Pu Pu platters.
