Rozália is a St. Laurent rosé Pét-Nat with fresh acidity and tart fruitiness. After a harvest by hand, the grapes are directly pressed into 20-year-old barrels in their whole cluster, and then bottled for its second fermentation without disgorgement. The result is a wild, unabashedly fizzy rosé that shows notes of grapefruit, smoked sea salt and a touch of black olive. And with a bit of a fun and funky kombucha note, Rozália will surely be the life of the party! Drink as an aperitif or pair her with grilled grapefruit.
