Select Barrel is Clement’s entry level aged, dark Rhum Agricole, made directly from fresh cane juice instead of molasses, that over delivers for the price! Aged in re-used oak barrels selected for their rich natural sweetness and intense aromatic qualities for a minimum of three years under the watchful eyes of the cellar master at Habitation Clément. The final product is characterized by its soft vanilla notes and remarkably smooth finish.
