NV Toques et Clochers Cremant de Limoux - Languedoc-Rousillon, France (750ml) - $22.5
A lean, precise, mineral-driven Methode Traditionelle Blancs de Blancs blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc and 10 % Mauzac, a distinctive and intense indigenous varietal. Subtle pear and apple orchard notes with a hint of brioche and a whiff of sea salt air from the Mauzac. Perfect alone, with shellfish or for a classic champagne cocktail. Possibly the best sparkling wine value on the planet today.

2021 Ferrando Erbaluce di Caluso Torrazza - Piedmont, Italy (750ml) - $22
This is an absolutely stunning, Northern Italian white from the little known but highly regarded Erbaluce grape. Rarely found outside of wine bars, restaurants and boutique shops of Turin, this medium-bodied gem is deceptively crisp due to its silky texture and ripe yet restrained guava and peach flavors. Situated along the glacial granitic moraine of the Alpine foothills while maintaining a modest Mediterranean influence, this terroir is perfect for precise, mineral-driven, cool climate whites. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with no malo to preserve its purity and freshness, this Erbaluce pairs wonderfully with Branzino or Risotto with mushrooms and truffles!

2018 Marques de Tomares Rioja Blanco - Rioja, Spain (750ml) - $24
This Rioja Blanco is made from 70% Viura and 30% Garnacha blanco. Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel, then aged for eight to nine months on lees in a combination of stainless steel and new French oak. It's fresh, with high acidity, and surprisingly light for Rioja Blanco. There is a touch of lemon curd and a little oxidation on the palate. Medium body. Drinks well with sardines or anchovies tapas, but it can also stand up to roast chicken or even duck.

2019 Domaine Ruet Morgon Les Grands Cras - Beaujolais, France (750ml) - $24
This wine is round with generous tannins and marked length. It is wildly fragrant, boasting geraniums on the nose and ripe stone fruits (peach and plum) on the palate. The vineyards are situated in "Les Grands Cras" which lies west and south of the famed volcanic cone "Côte de Py" that produces Beaujolais' second largest Cru. The vinification is in typical Beaujolais fashion, with semi-carbonic maceration and cap punch-down. This wine drinks well with turkey and cranberry sauce!

2020 De Forville Barbera d'Alba - Piedmont, Italy (750ml) - $19
This Barbera is made from vines that are about fifty years old, farmed organically, harvested by hand, macerated with its skins during a fermentation of several weeks in stainless steel before aging in large oak barrels for about 18 months. This classic, unpretentious red exhibits aromas of fresh red and black cherry, a hint of cocoa and clove with balanced acidity and a firm, earthy finish. Versatile and food-friendly, it pairs well with anything from gnocchi bolognese to a simple skirt steak or a mushroom risotto.

2020 Bodega Forlong Le Petit - Anadulcía, Spain (750ml) - $22
This juicy blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Tintilla de Rota boasts floral aromas of carnation and bay leaves with a palate of red currant and soft cocoa. Biodynamically grown by young husband and wife team Alejandro Naváerez and Rocío Áspera, the grapes are 100% de-stemmed before spontaneous and malolactic fermentation which both occur in a combination of clay amphora and French oak for a total of 12 months. Light-to-medium bodied, with a complex woody characteristic, a result of its aging process, this wine will be a great complement to the famous Basque Txuleta (thinly cut steak cooked over tremendous heat).
