Grown organically by the Bodegas Pinoso winemaker collective in Coastal Western Spain, the Zillamina white is an amazing wine for its price. It’s made from a blend of Macabeo and Airén grapes that ferment for 30 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine is refreshing, fruity, and lively with notes of apple and citrus, and a clean finish. Great alongside fried rice takeout or white fish marinated in paprika.
