2022 Vignerons Ardechois Ardeche Rose - Rhone Valley, France (750ml)

This rosé is grown by a cooperative of 1,000 different families of farmers who tend between 5 and 25 hectares each. All of the farmers adhere to Organic practices, and most practice polyculture, growing stone fruits, olives, almonds, and lavender in addition to tending their vineyards. The wine is bright and crisp, with notes of tart cherry and strawberry and a light to medium body. Drink as an aperitif with grilled peaches or alongside mediterranean couscous salad.
