Fabrice Durou heads a family run estate in Cahors, the ancestral home of Malbec in South West France. Their wines are produced with organic farming practices. This limited skin contact rosé is light and dry but with a little more body and intensity than a typical Provençal rosé. It pairs well with grilled tuna or chicken salad.
