2022 D. Bosler By Any Other Name Pinot Noir Rosé - Casablanca Valley, Chile (750ml)

This Chilean rosé is made from 100% sustainably-grown Pinot Noir. Grown from some of the first vines ever planted in the Casablanca Valley of Chile and farmed by Pablo Morande, one of the father’s of Chilean winemaking, these grapes undergo a brief maceration of up to 2 hours before fermentation in steel tanks. The result is a dry and crisp wine with a medium-light body and strong acidity. An aroma of green apple is followed by notes of watermelon and wet stone on the palate. This is a wonderful rosé to pair with salmon or soft cheese like brie or goat cheese.
