2021 Echeverria No Es Pituko Cabernet Franc - Valle del Curico, Chile (750ml)

No Es Pituko is a project of the Echeverría family, who began growing grapes and other crops in Chile in the 1740s, and transitioned into sustainable and natural winemaking in the 90’s. Colloquially translated as “it ain’t fancy,” No Es Pituko wines are made simply, with minimal intervention, which allows their wines to reflect the character of the grapes. This Cabernet Franc is herbaceous and flinty with notes of ripe red berries, and firm tannins. Perfect for weeknight beef stew or alongside creamy mushroom polenta.
