2021 Vera Vinho Verde - Vinho Verde, Portugal (750ml)

Vera is a bit unique within the realm of Vinho Verde – it’s 100% estate grown fruit and has less residual sugar and carbonation than many. This difference in method results in a dry, medium bodied, balanced wine that still has the zippy characteristic that you love from the region. Made from 60% Arinto, 30% Azal, and 10% Loureiro all fermented in stainless steel, Vera has bright acidity with lively flavors of lime and ripe pink and yellow grapefruit. It’s a versatile wine that can go with most foods, but we like it with fish n’ chips or spinach and mushroom lasagna.
