Lebled’s path to winemaking is a bit untraditional. He spent 30 years as a wood merchant in the Loire Valley before finding himself jobless after the 2008 crash. Despite his late in life start, his wines are funky, cool, and young. This 100% Cabernet Franc is grown organically and sees 24 hours of Carbonic Maceration in stainless steel before pressing and aging in fiberglass.
