Husband and wife team Andrew and Jennifer both left their jobs in bustling NYC to pursue a longtime passion for winemaking. They purchase fruit from vineyards that neighbor their home and cellar in Long Eddy, New York and bottle table wines in small lots. Live the dream alongside them with this bold and rustic Rosé, made from Cabernet Franc grapes. The grapes were crushed and destemmed and left to macerate for 48 hours before pressing into old French oak barrels for fermentation over eight months. The wine is medium bodied with aromas of watermelon and ripe red berries met with savory notes of baking spice and sandalwood. Let it breathe for a bit, and serve alongside in-season vegetables roasted on the grill or with chicken marinated in garlic oil and fresh herbs.
