This Australian skin contact wine, grown by the Chalmers family at their vineyard north of Melbourne, is fun, fizzy, and ripe. Their Analog is made from 100% Vermentino grapes that are gently pressed before undergoing 6 days of carbonic maceration. This medium-bodied wine is light and energetic with notes of lime zest and fresh pear. Enjoy with grilled fish, green curry, or linguine with pesto.
