This bright and herbaceous wine from Valle d’Aoste is made up of 100% Petite Arvine – a unique alpine varietal known for its bracing acidity and bright, saline minerality. The grapes see a brief maceration on the skins before aging on the lees in stainless steel for 8 months, resulting in a palate chock full of creamy tropical fruit. Fresh with notes of citrus and a punch of salinity on the finish, this wine is excellent as an aperitif, enjoyed alongside fontina cheese and cornichons, or for a more luxurious pairing, butter-poached lobster.
