This is a blend of 70% Gamay and 30% Pinot Noir, grown sustainably on the hillsides of Maconnais in Burgundy, France. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are fully destemmed before a week of maceration. The result is a vibrant, light-to-medium-bodied red with notes of raspberry and cherry that are perfectly balanced with a slight acidity. A great wine for chilling or enjoying room temperature. And an equally great wine for your next dinner party.
