This 100% Gruner pet nat comes from Hager Matthias, acclaimed natural winemaker working in the high mountains of Kamptal, Austria. The grapes undergo native yeast fermentation before aging in neutral Austrian oak for two weeks. Refreshing and delicate, this wine has notes of fine fresh herbs and a rounded finish.
