2020 Fongoli Laetitia Bullarum Frizzante - Umbria, Italy (750ml)

The Fongoli family has been farming on their land in Umbria since the early 1900’s, and have taken a radically natural approach to wine production since the early 90’s. Along with their vineyard, they have a biodynamic farm, forest land, a truffle producing oak grove, and a self-regulating olive grove that houses their herd of free-grazing horses. That is to say, this wine comes from a magical biodiverse realm in the Umbrian countryside. The Laetitia Bullarum Pet Nat by Fongoli is made with Trebbiano Spoletino grapes aged in stainless steel. Tight and lean, this wine has dry tannins and notes of citrus peel and orange blossom. Drink with Umbrian olives and a smelly cheese.
