2020 Deux Punx No Comply - Tehama County, California (750ml)

A No Comply is a classic skate trick, and like every skate trick (and new vintage) there are variations. This co-ferment features a different blend of grapes each year – the 2020 vintage is made up of 45% Carignan, 42% Picpoul, and 13% Assyrtiko, sourced from Barison Vineyard in Tehama County. The aromatics are lightly perfumed, with notes of black pepper spice and crunchy red fruit. A light bodied palate shows bright acidity and notes of juicy red cherry, damp earth, and black tea, with minimal, delicate tannins and slight minerality on the finish. Drinks great with a chill and cheesy calzones!!
