2020 Agustí Torelló Mata Penedès Xarel-lo - Catalonia, Spain (750ml)

This is a fun, young wine grown by the family of Agustí Torelló Mata, a traditional Cava maker that has been winemaking since 1949. It’s 100% estate-grown Organic Xarel-lo that’s fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for three months before bottling. The wine has crisp high acid with notes of citrus and stone fruit and a light to medium body. Great chilled on a hot day or alongside a peach and heirloom tomato salad.
