Stay in Bed Red is an approachable, juicy and downright cozy California red blend made up of 60% Merlot, 25% Carignan, and 15% Syrah, sourced from organically farmed parcels in Santa Ynez Valley & San Diego County. The grapes are vinified by husband-and-wife team Jody Brix Towe & Emily Towe, whose motto of “only love” extends to their treatment of grapes in the vineyard and cellar - low intervention winemaking with native yeast and no additives. This blend ages in neutral French oak for 8 months, letting the lush dark fruit and brambly herbs shine in this medium-bodied, easy-drinking wine.
