2019 Herdade do Rocim Mariana Rosé - Alentejo, Portugal (750ml)
|Availability:||In stock (60)|
Herdade do Rocim is an estate in southern Portugal, and, like many others in the region, works to marry cutting-edge technology in the winery with traditional farming practices. This rosé, pale and dry as any from Provence, makes a strong case for drinking Portuguese all summer. It’s made of Touriga Nacional (often used for port) and Aragonez (a.k.a Tempranillo), this cheerful wine boasts notes of ripe red berries and orange zest, with a spicy finish. It would be just as lovely with a bowl of garlicky clams as it would on its own as an aperitif.
