2019 Forge Cellars Riesling Dry Classique - Seneca Lake, New York (750ml)

The Finger Lakes region of New York has put itself on the map for making some of the finest new world Rieslings, and Forge Cellars offers a refined, emblematic snapshot of the region with their Classique Riesling. Winemakers Louis Barruol and Rick Rainey harvest all of their grapes by hand and age them in neutral French oak. This riesling is bone dry and precise, with notes of crushed stone, fine white flowers, and stone fruit. It’s racy and vivid, with a crisp finish. Serve alongside khanom jeen nam ya – Thai fish curry with rice noodles.
