This blend of 65% Viognier, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Obeidi, 5% Muscat d’Alexandrie has an enticing bouquet of pineapple and lychee with a hint of gardenia followed by juicy, ripe white peach and honeydew on the palate. The 15 to 20 year old vines grow in dry-farmed, high elevation vineyards, 1,050 meters above sea level. The soil is gravel and limestone. The grapes are hand-harvested in small boxes, fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and blended prior to bottling. A beautiful, medium-bodied, balanced white with moderate acidity that pairs perfectly with Lebanese mezze or Spanish tapas.
