From organically farmed vineyard next to the stunning medieval city of San Gimignano, Clara Stella is an elegant white wine made from the indigenous Vernaccia. Harvest is done by hand and the grapes are gently pressed and matured on fine lees for 3 months. Citrus aromas combine with delicate floral notes. The palate is lush with ripe apricot and yellow plum flavors yet balanced by distinct minerality and a subtle almond note on the finish.
