A blend of Premsal and Callet grapes, this wine is fermented in both cement vats and stainless steel tanks followed by several months of lees aging. The result is an enticing straw-lemon wine with notes of white peach, pear, sea brine and white flowers. On the palate the wine is fruity, yet creamy in texture, with more peach flavors and hint of pineapple. Fresh, delicate and well balanced. Great with Thai food and oysters.
