Super funky, barnyardy, full-bodied, and highly tannic dry red from Uruguay's famous varietial, Tannat. Tannat is an extremely dark grape variety, native to southwestern France and went to South America with migrating farmers. Practicing organic, the wines are made using native yeasts. This cuvee is done without any added sulfites, and only fining with egg whites if necessary for a given vintage. Great for barbecued meats, like Uruguayan asado!
